「蕎麦切 森の」
本郷三丁目の人気な蕎麦屋。TVでも取材されてましたね。
胡麻ダレざる蕎麦1350円を頂きました。胡麻ダレと通常のツユもつきます。
胡麻ダレのつゆは薄めか濃いめか選べたので濃いめを選択。こういう関西風か関東風かのつゆを選べる蕎麦屋は珍しい。
濃いめの胡麻つゆは想像以上に濃いめで、かなりドロドロ系で濃厚。
蕎麦は喉越しが良くてコシも強くツルツル食べていけます。
蕎麦湯で締め。
美味しかったです。
