私の好きな淡雪があることと
期間限定の「北の淡雪」とのことで
いざ！

温蕎麦は薄口の関西風のつゆ。
松翁出身のお店なので、つゆは薄口か
濃口がありますね。
湯気がよい感じで登場♬
柚子の香りが優しく、
海苔の香り余韻長めで
わくわくと胸が躍ります。
お蕎麦ひほくほくした後に
しなやかさよりハリがつるりん。
キレよき蕎麦。
甘みをほくほく楽しみつつ、
ほわっと旨みがあります
長芋の食感と泡立てた卵にかえしの
味わいがよきコンビネーションですね。
