ざる蕎麦と鴨団子汁 1800円を注文。
11:40に到着。すぐ着席。その後すぐ満席。
蕎麦つゆが関東の濃口、関西の薄口で選べる。
濃口をチョイス。キリッと辛めで美味しい。
蕎麦は、細めコシ強く、角が立っている。
そのままでも美味しい。
濃いめのつゆとよく合う。
鴨団子汁は鴨と野菜の甘味で優しい味で美味い！
蕎麦つゆの辛さとの対比が良き。
蕎麦屋さんで辛味と甘味を楽しめるのは記憶にない。楽しい♪
蕎麦湯はさらさら。
蕎麦湯は甘味があり、辛めのつゆが柔らかくなる。たまらん。
