専属Wikipediaもある有名喫茶店、麦。
有名な「す」入りのプリンが食べたくて訪問。
入店する前「プリン品切れです」との張り紙があったのでダメ元で店員さんに聞いてみたら、「今作っているので30分ほど待てばできる」とのこと。コーヒーを飲んでゆっくり待つことにしました。
カフェオレ(400円)を注文。
ホットですが、アイスのようなグラスに入って出てきます。
5種類の豆を使っているとのコーヒー。
砂糖とガムシロップを入れたら、ものすごく甘くてコクのある感じになって、ぐいぐい飲めてしまいました。美味しい…！シンプルなのに美味しい。
45分ほど待ち、きました！す入りのプリン！
自家製プリン(450円)。
見た目からして硬いかと思っていたのですが、やわらかくてとろとろ食感でした。
穴にカラメルがよく絡んで、甘くて美味しい！
生クリームやフルーツが乗っていて、一緒に食べると、色々と食感の違いが楽しめます。
喫煙可とのことで覚悟はしていましたが、お店に入る前からタバコの匂いがする！
しばらくは喫煙者が周りにいませんでしたが、お隣にタバコ喫みのカップルが来てしまってもくもく。
また、バラバラに注文しましたが、会計時にセット料金にしてくれました。粋な心遣い！
昭和にタイムスリップしたようなお店でした。
