1970年創業の地下鉄春日駅至近にある肉系のレストラン
お店こだわりのステバーというメニューが人気らしいです。

お店は空いています。
店内はやや油臭い。
接客はファミレスチックなイメージ。
ステバーカットステーキ150 1880円(ステバー150g カットステーキ80g)

を注文
ソースを一種選べるのでお店の名を冠したせんごくバターを選択。
まずスープ提供
オニオンかコーンを選べるのでオニオン選択。
挽肉入りのオニオンスープで美味しい。
コンソメチックな味わいでもある気がする。
そしてステバー
牛肉を細切りにして卵を使ってつなぎ秘伝のタレを混ぜ込むと言う。
なので肉自体にしっかり味が付いています。
味濃いめの昔ながらな粗挽きハンバーグっぽいイメージですが、
オリジナリティを感じる味わい。
せんごくバターはカフェ・ド・パリ・ソースをベースにしたものだと言う。
基本的には旨みと酸味を感じるバターな感じ。
カットステーキは濃い味付けの固い安いステーキみたいなイメージ。
ポテト・もやし・コーンが付け合せ。
ライスは何も言わなかったので普通サイズだと思いますが、
お茶碗一杯分強程度で量少な目。
ヘルシースパイスというふりかけが備え付けてあり、
これはなかなか美味しくうれしいところ。
味は悪くないのですが、
2000円以上というのがコスパ悪いかな。。。
カットステーキが要らなかったのかもしれません。(カットステーキは500円)
