少し太めの縮れ麺、これに会うスープといえばドロドロ系のこってりスープ。
味噌がいちばん合うのだけれども、魚系のダシが効いたこのスープも悪くない。
細い道の奥まったところに置いておくにはもったいない気もするこのお店。
なんどか前を通ったときにはいつも混んでいるので、場所を変えたらもっと繁盛するのではないかと、余計なことを考えながら食べました。
また来よう。
