2020年１月で20周年を迎えたそうです。
木の温もりを感じられるカジュアルな雰囲気です。
テラス席14席、店内テーブル席40席と広々としてます。
ランチタイムは11：30~14：00(Lo)
ディナータイムは17：00~21：00(Lo)
お好みコースというので
お好きな料理を3品(￥3800)か
4品(￥5300)選ぶというものです。
さらにその4品は自由な組合せが出来ます。
私は前菜+メイン2品+デザートの4品にしました。
まず前菜の前に小さなお皿として
可愛らしいグラスに入ったホタテと
鱒の卵が登場!!食感を楽しめました。
.前菜は焼き穴子、水ナス、キュウリ、メロンの
サラダ仕立て、レフォールクリーム添え
水ナス、キュウリ、メロンのみずみずしさと
穴子の塩気と旨味がバランスよく
穴子のリエットとレモンのムースに
つけるとさらに甘味旨味がプラスに!
.メインはオマール海老のロースト
見た目も香りも華やかです
海老はぷりっぷり!!
上に載ってる新芽も新鮮で
付け合せの野菜も
甲殻類のムースとよく合ってました。
.続いてウズラ胸肉のロティ
シェリーヴィネガー風味で少し酸味があり
奥深い味わいお肉は柔らかくて美味しい。
どちらとも選んで良かった。
デザートはチョコレートのタルト
濃厚で美味しい!
お連れの方の青りんごのムースのが
ビジュアルが可愛くて好きだったので
写真撮らせてもらいました。
食後は紅茶を!!
生キャラメルとマカロンがついてました。
私達以外にお客さんは居なくて
ゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。
かなり高コスパだと思います。
それに穴場
ゆっくり静かにお食事を楽しみたい方にはよい(•ω•)
