夜ゴハンの初訪問。
久しぶりの本郷三丁目で焼き肉を堪能しました。
特上牛タン、色も鮮やかで厚切り具合が素晴らしい。 焼きはテーブルに七輪をおいて炭でじわじわと、外はしっかり焼いて中は多少ピンク感を残し胡麻油と塩で頂きました。当然美味しい。お酒も進んじゃいますね。^ ^
レバーも厚切り、生でも食せそうな鮮度感が伝わりました。ハツも同じく。^ ^
御飯ものはお酒が進んでしまったので、今回は断熱。次回はシメも頂きたいと思いました。
