本郷三丁目交差点近くにある米沢牛専門の焼肉店。
焼肉店の場合、夜のみ営業の店が多いのですが、此方はランチもやってます。
早くいかないとちょっとした行列ができるほどの人気店のようです。
この日は珍しく空席がありました。
奥のカウンターに座ります。
日替わりがちょっと気になりますが、折角米沢牛の店に来たので「米沢牛カルビ焼き御膳」(1,200円）を注文。
ドリンクが付くのでアイスコーヒーにしました。
料理の提供まで5分程度。
早いです。
見た目は肉ともやしの鉄板焼きという感じ。
肉が多そうに見えますが、肉の下はもやしでかさ上げされています。
タレはかなり濃厚で甘目。
カルビも脂身があるのでさらに甘く感じます。
好みとしてはもっと辛めのソースにして欲しかったところです。
肉はいかにも和牛らしい、柔らかさと甘さを感じることができます。
ただソースが甘目なのでカルビでなくても良かったかもしれません。
付け合わせはスープと漬物。
意外にもご飯が美味しかったのは評価できます。
一応米沢牛のランチということなので、値段からするとお値打ちの店かと思います。
