I made a reservation and stopped by this restaurant that I was interested in around here. The shop had a calm atmosphere and the service was good. The menu has standard menu items centered around Yonezawa beef. The tongue is thicker than frozen, has just the right texture, and has good meat quality. Yukhoe is eaten warm by placing it on a wire rack, but I feel that the flavor of the meat increases when it is slightly warmed. The rump has soft flesh with good marbling, and it feels even softer due to the way it was cut. I thought the short ribs had a lot of marbling and was good for those who like fat. The skirt steak was soft and had a unique flavor. The namul and soup were both satisfying in taste and quantity. The Omise was delicious, with a lot of attention paid to the quality of the meat and the way it was served.
