自家製麺と八丁味噌を使った
味噌煮込みうどんのお店です。
他の方のレビューを見て訪店しました。
■注文内容
◯イタリアン味噌煮込みうどん 1100円
味噌とトマトソースのうどんを頼みました。
ライスがついてきます。
グツグツ沸騰して登場です、
とろけたチーズが上にのっており
トマトがしっかり香っています。
味噌とトマトはよく合いますね。
チーズも違和感ありません。
トマト系のラーメンとかのうどん版なのですが
味噌がいい味だしていて、また独特です。
美味しいです。
スープまで完飲してしまいました。
うどんはコシがあって好きなタイプでした。
煮込みだと柔らかい事が多いので。

2人がけテーブル5つ、カウンター４席の
小さなお店です。
でも回転は早くてわりとすぐ入れました。
他にもインディアン味噌煮込み（カレー？）
とか木気になるメニューがありました。
