店内６割程度の入りですぐに入ることができました。
味噌煮込みうどん(1,000円)
どて煮(650円)
ハイボール(600円)
を注文しました。
味噌煮込みうどんが提供されたのは19:45頃でしたが、それまで突き出しやどて煮を丁度良い間で提供いただきました。
カウンターでしたので、こちらの様子も確認いただいていたのかな？とも思います。
どて煮や味噌煮込みうどんはどちらの濃ゆい味噌で煮込まれたお料理ですが、味噌だけの平べったい味ではなく、旨味が強く非常に美味しくいただくことができました。
特にどて煮は余った味噌をバケットに〜とメニューに記載がありましたが、非常に美味しかったので、バケットに付けるまでもなく、完食してしまいました。
それほどメニューは多くないので、じっくり飲むというよりも１杯飲みながらつまみながら、〆に味噌煮込みうどんをいただくというのが良いかもしれません。
ひっきりなしにお客様はいらっしゃっていましたが、満席になることはありませんでした。
以前伺ったときには店頭に３組ほどの待ちがあり、諦めたので、運も良かったのかな？と思います。
こぢんまりとした店内で落ち着いた空間。非常に素敵だと感じました。
