東京大学本郷キャンパス、医学部教育研究棟。懐かしい香り。私が学生の頃と変わりない騒めき。かつて私もここ東大で、共通一次を受けたものです。
エレベータで、ゲノム、分子、細胞などの研究室をスルーして13Fへ。今日の外回り仕事、ランチはイタリアンで。
景色がいい窓際カウンター。浅草のアサヒビール社屋とフィリップ・スタルク氏デザインの金色のオブジェが見え、その背後にはスカイツリーがそびえ立っています。ここ、夜も絶景でしょうね。
こちらは毎日ブログで次の日のメニューをアップしています。マメな情報発信は良心的レストランと言えます。
配膳までしばらく景色を眺めましょう。
「Ａセット ベーコンとフレッシュトマト、ブロッコリーのスパゲッティーニ」¥880
イチ推しメニューをオーダーしました。サラダが新鮮ですね。ベビーリーフ主体。シャキシャキ玉ねぎトッピングが嬉しい。
パスタは意外とボリュームがあります。具材もたくさん。厚切りベーコン、トマト、ブロッコリー。隣のサラダを適当に混ぜながらいただきます。春が近づいていることを実感できるランチです。うむ、さすが東大。美味しいですよ。
周りの会話が医学部らしいです。感謝すべき方たちですよ。
気がつけばあと一口。最後は具材がプレートにたくさん残ります。スプーンですくってフィニッシュ。アサヒ本社が輝いています。
東大の構内にはフレンチがあったりキッチンカーがあったり、東大関係者の胃を満たす仕掛けがたくさんあります。春近い三四郎池を横目に職場に戻ります。ごちそうさまでした。
