家系ラーメン!!
麺は、中細麺と太麺が選べる。
勿論、家系なので、麺の硬さ、味の濃さ、油の量をお好みで指定する。
味玉ラーメン¥750に、キャベツ¥100をトッピングした。
お好みは、麺かため、味うすめ、油ふつう、である。
トッピング、お好みは、私の家系での定番である。
麺は太麺を選んだ。
麺を選ぶのは家系では、初めて。
他のお客様は、中細麺を選ぶ方が多かった。
スープは、濃厚で旨味がある。
キャベツによく合う。
太麺は饂飩を思い出させる旨味と食感!!
スープに絡んで、美味しい。
次に訪れた際には、中細麺も試してみたいと思う。
