東大赤門のほど近くにあるコチラのお店。
夏は、麩饅頭なんかもとっても美味しいのです。
頂いたのは、柚子餅(2個入り250円)と、栗羽二重(228円)です。
この柚子餅が本当にすごい。
袋を開けた瞬間、柚子の香りがブワッと広がって、多幸感ハンパなかったです。
季節限定だそうなので、これは季節の間にリピ確定です。
そして、栗羽二重は、求肥が柔らかくてトロトロで、なにこの職人技✨✨って感じでした。
栗のツブツブ感と、食感の取り合わせが素敵。
栗ようかんも栗がゴロゴロしててとっても美味しそうだったので、次回は購入してみたいです。
