初めての訪問です。
東京大学前にある、店内が綺麗なお蕎麦屋さんです。
お店は昨年建て替えたと聞きました。お店そのものは創業15年程経っているそうです。
隣のお客さんが学生で恐らく常連で、注文内容を呪文のように注文していました。ランチタイムはプラス50円を足すだけでセットメニューになるんです。かなりお得で学生にも優しいです。
お蕎麦も美味しくて、久しぶりに美味しいと感じるクオリティを食べました。
お蕎麦の出来は、蕎麦の材料から茹でる工程まで完璧でないと美味しいと感じないからです。
なかなか美味しかったですよ！また行きたいです。
お蕎麦屋さん独特のサバサバした感じはあまり感じなくて、モダンなお蕎麦屋さんでした。
