インドネシアから来たイスラム教徒の友人を連れて春日あたりの鰻屋、寿司屋を案内したがフラれ、結局焼き鳥に落ち着いた。いきなりカウンター席に勧められたのでテーブル席を希望するとまだ無人の2階へ誘導された。祭日の夜でも予約一杯なのか。
料理の味はなるほど人気店だけあって旨い。
とくに、ぼんじりはお代わりしてしまった。
おすすめの絶品レバーは「絶品レバー丼」をいただく。
友人が注文した長州どりの鍬焼き(柚子胡椒)は鶏をじっくり焼き、柚子胡椒でいただく趣向。
これは味見したが美味しかった。柚子胡椒が焼き鳥に合うことにビックリする。しみじみ旨い。
友人はこれをライスで食べたかったが、ライス単品で注文できずに卵かけご飯を注文し、白飯だけを食べて長州どりを堪能した。
余った生卵は自分が「絶品レバー丼」を「絶品レバー卵かけ丼」にして食べた。
この店の醤油が普通より美味しいような気がしたが、卵かけご飯専用の味つき醤油があるとさらに絶品度が上がったかもしれない。誰かやりませんか？このレシピ。
