★もち入りラーメン 750円
これだよこれ！僕が求めていたラーメンはこれ！！
透き通った美しいスープ。写真を撮ろうとすると顔が反射して映り込んでしまう。
しっかり旨みのあるスープ。鶏ガラベースに香味野菜、煮干し、しっかりとダシが出ている。
麺は中細ちぢれ麺。プリッとしていてコシがある。
昔ながらのももチャーシューもいい感じ、やっぱチャーシューはモモ肉が良い。手作りっぽいメンマもコリコリで美味しい。
そして、ラーメンに入ったお餅。香ばしいし焼き目がついている。これがすっごい柔らかくて激ウマ。さすが和菓子さん！感動ものです。
マスターがラーメンを運んできた時に出されたプラックペッパーをかけるとスープが引き締まり、さらに旨くなる。
帰り際にマスターに「美味しかったです」と言ったら「そう思います」と、、、当たり前の事を失礼しました。
