I had work at the University of Tokyo, and this is where I was invited to a social gathering after work. When I was invited a few days ago, I scoffed at the idea of a social gathering at a school cafeteria, but I was the idiot. This place is much more stylish than the run-of-the-mill Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) I often use for social gatherings in Tokushima. Although it's Restaurants on campus, they serve alcohol, including beer, red and white wine. I was also happy to see a sign for Awaodori chicken, a local chicken that Tokushima is proud of, inside the restaurant.
