何度か予約しようと思ってもなかなか取れなかったお店。
お店は開店時には行列で予約の方で満席。
メニューはお勧めが多くそれがメインになる感じでした。
肉質はどれも良く、厳選されてる感じはします。
タンは厚切りで抜群に美味しいけどCP的には微妙な感じです。
イチボのステーキはサシと柔らかな食感が良い、タレがかけてありますが塩でも食べたかった。
名物の野原焼きは焼きすきの原点らしいのですがもう少し厚い方が良いと思いました。
ローストビーフやハチノスも味付けが美味しくつまみとしては良いと思いました。
どれも美味しいのですが単価が高いのでそれなりの覚悟は必要ですね。
