お肉はとてもいいのですが全体的に塩っぱいです。白金店と比べると味付けは全然違いました。
お肉の味が塩っぱい味で消えてしまっていて勿体無いなと思いました。そうゆうコンセプトなのかもしれませんが。
上ハラミはとても柔らかくあまり噛まなくても口の中で崩れます。
