同じ職場だった人が大好きだと言っていて、ずっと行ってみたかった焼き肉ジャンボ。
今回は、ちょっとしたお祝いで、奮発して行ってみました。
予約をとったのが約1ヶ月前。
平日なのに、1ヶ月くらい空きがないって。
平日なので仕事が終わって間に合うかヒヤヒヤしましたが、無事行けましたー。
絶対食したほうがよいという評判の野原焼きから。
あとはロース、カルビ、ユッケ、ビビンバ、オムライス。
ドリンクは1ドリンクずつ。
（運転があったのでノンアルコール、黒烏龍茶とジンジャエール）
これでお会計1万円ちょっと。
お肉はいいお肉を使用しているので脂のノリがよく、量は入らないかなと思います。
ビビンバのナムルにしても、オムライスのケチャップライスにしても、
味が濃いというか、酸味がたっている感じがしました。
オムライスは赤ワイン系で煮込んだいい牛肉が入っています、たくさんではなかったけど。
それに大きめに切ったしいたけ、きのこ、玉ねぎが入っているケチャップライス
ソース多めで炒めたのか、ベチャッとしています。
卵はもう少しふわふわに仕上げたほうがおいしいかなー。
私のオムライスはライスはべちゃっとしないように、卵はふわっと仕上げるな。
最初に野原焼きを頼んだおかげで卵を他のお肉につけたり、ビビンバにかけたりして食べることができました。
すごくいいと聞いていたので、予想ほどはおいしいと感じませんでしたが
また機会があれば行きたいです。
篠崎本店の方が混んでいないようなので、本店の方に行ってみたいです。
