こちらのお店2部制になっていてpm5:00とpm7:30からの入店可になってます。
注文もフードは初回のみの注文。
渡されたメモ帳に書き追加注文は出来ません。
ドリンクは飲み終わったらカウンターに空いたグラスを置くとマスターが聞いてくるのでその時に注文します！
かなりしきたりのあるお店です。
他の口コミ者さんが書かれている通り独特のルールがあるのですが焼き物は煮込んでから焼くなどふわっと焼き上げ仕上げでかなりのクオリティーを感じました。
