店主が2回ほど入れ替わったらしく、チャーシューの焼き具合が強まったりと多少のマイナーチェンジが見られた。
ただベースの味は大きく変わらず美味しい。
安定ですね。
トッピングに鶏胸を追加したがそれも非常にやわらかく、総じて満足度の高い感じだった。
小籔似の脱サラ新店長になってから初の訪問。
味が全然かわってなくて、すごいってなりました。
塩ベースなのにけっこうこってりしているタレと、太麺との相性がばっちりです。
本郷行ったときにはまた行きたい。
塩混ぜそばの店。東大生御用達。おいしい
最近店主が病気で倒れて継ぎ手を探してたところ、脱サラした小薮似の男性が手を挙げて修行。
最近また開店した。引き継ぎ後の味はいってないので不明。

間違えて特盛を頼んでしまったが、そのままバトル。
相変わらずのこてこて塩のうまさ、麺の太さ、チャーシューの味まで全体として美味しかったが、前に比べてほんの少し味が落ちたような気がした、、
具体的には、味の濃さが少し薄くなっていたと思った。
ラー油をかけるなどして調整したが、ベースが薄めなのでちょっと舌には物足りない感が残った。
特盛にした影響なのだろうか、、？
