今回は、石垣の塩まぜそばが食べられる本郷の「織恩」さんにお邪魔しました。
券売機で
・まぜそば 並盛り 魚介醤油味(?)
（具体的な名前と金額は忘れてしまいましたが、、）
を購入し着席。
13時ごろでしたが、私たち2人が座って満席でした。
ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー
どんぶりが出てくると、鰹とあおさ(?)の香りがぷんぷん！
全体を混ぜて、実食。
これはうまい！
こってりなベースのスープに、魚介醤油がコクを出して相性抜群。
しかもそれが中太のちぢれ麺に絡むこと！
自家製麺の喉ごしが良く、スルスルと胃袋に入っていく。
そしてチャーシューがまた良いのよ。
大きめサイズで、脂の乗ったジューシーとろける味わい。
スープ絡んだ麺に、これとメンマで完璧。
なんでこんなにベースのスープが好きなんだろう、と思ったらこちらのスープ、なんと私の大好きな豚骨スープみたいですね。
そりゃうまいわけだ。

実は今回2回目の来店で、前回は王道の石垣の塩まぜそばをいただきました。
うっかり食べログを書くのを忘れていたんですが、今回は忘れまいと。笑
塩味と醤油味とどちらも食べた個人的な感想としては、
塩味が、塩ダレで味自体は濃すぎないけど、ちゃんとこってりしてうまい。
醤油味が、とんこつスープに醤油の組み合わせでコクのあるこってり感。
結論どっちも美味しいわけなんですが、個人的には醤油のほうが好みでした！
今回は、とりあえず並盛りにしましたが次は大盛りにします！
