まぜそばのお店。美味いと聞きお邪魔虫〜
普段あまりまぜそばは食べないが、今回はまぜそば目当て。
食券機の前でメニュー迷ったが1番人気らしい石垣の塩まぜそばの並をセレクト。
麺は太麺でうどん的、スープは豚骨で思ったよりスープ感、めっちゃクリーミーで美味しい。調味料も色々あったが、胡椒のみ、これまたカルボナーラみたいで美味い。最後はサービスで白飯を入れてくれるので、リゾット風に締めてみた。
まぜそば〜美味いね。めっちゃ満足。
少し場所が分かりにくいが、是非おすすめですぞ
