まもなく文京区の20%還元キャッシュレスキャンペーンが終了する時期に入り、お店を探していると石垣の塩まぜそばを売りにしている織恩さんを見つけ行ってみる事にしました。
最初昼間に行ったのですが、昼間は食券機を利用する現金決済のみだったので、夜へ変更して行きました。
石垣島は良く行く島なのですが、全くこのラーメン屋さんの存在は知りませんでした。しかも目立たない細い路地にあるので、場所はとてもわかりづらいです。近くの東大生の来店率が高そうな感じでした。
石垣の塩まぜそば 大盛 1,000円税込にしました。東海地区に行くとまぜそばを提供するラーメン店が多く見受けれますが、都内ではあまり食べた事が無いかもしれません。少な目の濃いクリーミーなスープに麺をからめて食べるそばで美味しく、食べ終わった後は、ご飯を追加してくれるサービスがあり、リゾット風にご飯が頂けて、追加ご飯を食べ終わると丁度良い具合にスープも無くなりました。
石垣色はあまり感じられませんでしたが、美味しかったので結果良かったです。
