[What is the original brand chicken Xiang Chicken?] Xiang Chicken is an original brand chicken that inherited the lineage of the "Buff Cochin" that was used for breeding Nagoya Cochin (Chiang Kai-shek liked the taste and moved it from China to Taiwan) The original breed is chickens, for which there is an anecdote that they were brought into the area. Xiang Chicken has its roots in Hsinchu, northern Taiwan, which is famous as a treasure trove of high-quality chicken. The original breed was inherited in 1988, and the previous president, Yasuhiro Matsumoto, successfully bred it in Japan. In addition, because the chicken has less of the odor that is characteristic of chicken, it can be eaten in a way that brings out the flavor of the ingredients without much preparation. This is my first visit to the store since I attended a party at night about 10 years ago. It's a chicken restaurant. I had the large Momo Kara set meal (1,300 yen). It's a large portion, and the price is 1,300 yen. The regular momo kara set meal costs 950 yen, so that's 350 yen more. When I saw the Karaage when it came out, I felt that it was a bit of a disappointing amount for 350 yen more. The fried chicken had a good seasoning and was delicious. Halfway through, I poured some salad dressing on the fried chicken and enjoyed the unexpected taste.
