会食までに少しだけ時間があったので、Googleマップで検索して雰囲気が良さそうだったイチギョウさんに訪問しました。
細い階段を上がった正面の自動ドアのボタンを押し入店。20:40くらいでしたが先客は無し。
21時には会食会場に行くため1杯だけ食前酒っぽい感じでおすすめいただいたドイツのリースリングをいただくことにしました。
・2021へシッシェ・ベルク・シュトラーゼ リースリング トロッケン「シモン・ビュクルレ」
スッキリした味わいながら果実感のある甘みと香りもあり、物足りない感じもないので単品でいただくのでも十分な美味しさでした。
かなりショートな滞在時間でしたが、新潟のカーブドッチワイナリーさんに毎年行かれるほど新潟トークなどで盛り上がり、ワイン初心者ながら温度感の良いトークで安心して色々教われました。
10年以上も店舗運営されていらっしゃって後からきたお客さんも常連さんっぽかったですし、信頼と実績での積み重ねも感じました。
