今日は、仕事帰りに、女子会でーす
ロブション出身のシェフが、ご夫婦で１日昼夜各１組でお部屋もテーブルが１つだけの
個人宅にお招きされたかのようなくつろぎ空間「ククセモワ」に、５名で場所は、
わかりにくいので皆で待ち合せして訪問
お酒が飲めないので、オレンジジュースでかんぱーい

コーンスープにうにのジュレ寄せ から パンも香ばしく美味しい
コーンが甘くってうにとの組合最高でした。
フォアグラも大きくがっつり スズキとアスパラもあっさり夏らしい
国産牛のロースト 黒トリュフかけ デザート クレームブリュレ
丁度良いレアで好みばっちりです。 バニラアイスの甘さほっとします。
コーヒー味のマカロンと濃厚チョコケーキ 季節感あるラテアート
かわいいぃ～(＾＾)
一つ一つのお料理がボリューミーで、素材の美味しさ重視のお料理の数々
雰囲気も個室なので、ゆっくりできました。
お店に伺いコースが終わるまでも１時間半、最後のデザートとお茶しながら
ゆっくり会話も弾みトータル２時間でお店を出ましたので
時間配分もよく、また訪問したいと思います。
