以前から１度は伺いたいと思っていたこちらのお店。１ヶ月位前にテーブルチェックで、都合が良い日にキャンセルが出ていたので、これはとすぐにポチッと予約して伺いました。
平日の17時の予約で５分前に到着です。予約していた方が続々と集まって来られています。
（予約がない方は満席と言う事で、お断わりされていました）
カウンターに案内されて注文です。まずは生ビール（￥720）、おつまみにナムル盛（￥1000）と白センマイ刺し（￥890）です。センマイ刺しは思っていた以上に量もあり、歯ごたえ抜群です。
メインのお肉は黒毛和牛タン（￥2500）ハツ（￥1350）ロース（￥1500）カルビ（￥1500）と一通り注文です。
まずはタンとハツを両面を秒で焼いて下さいと説明があり言われたとおりに。半レア状態でひと口パクリ。サクとした食感と旨味がジュワーと広がり凄く美味しいです。お酒も進み余市ハイボール（￥890）をおかわりです。
次にカルビを、これも秒焼きで予想を超える柔らかさと美味しさ、美味し過ぎます。
途中希少部位を注文しなければと、名物の野原焼を選択（時価と書いてありましたが、今回は￥2050）で、こちらは店員さんに焼いていただきます。それを溶き卵でいただき、何と言う事でしょう。あっと言う間に口から無くなってしまいます。ここで又々おかわり玉露ハイ（￥580）を注文です。
その後柔らかいロースをいただき、かなりお腹が満足な状態。まだまだ希少部位のお肉が。冷麺、ご飯物がいただきたいのに。
限界が近づいてしまい、最後に杏仁豆腐を注文して終わりにしました。まだまだ他のメニューを楽しみたかったので、残念な気持ちで一杯です。又伺いたいと思いました。
質の高いお肉をこの価格で。人気店で予約が中々取れないのが良くわかりました。
