今回は本郷三丁目の「焼肉ジャンボ はなれ」さんを訪問。
こちらの系列店へは初めての訪問。
TableCheckで少し先の3週間後の希望の時間帯を予約することが出来ました。
席は一階のカウンター席。
はなれのすぐ向かいに位置する外から店内がよく見える本郷店は人数多めの掘り炬燵形式。テーブル席もあるのでしょうかね？外には数人の待ちが発生していました。
はなれは完全予約制などで席数が異なることによるものなのか不明ですが本郷店のわいがやの雰囲気とは一風変わって落ち着いた印象。スタッフの方々もゆったりしていた感じでした。

前菜的なサラダなどのお味はまぁまぁ。
肉は惜しみ無いカットで噛むとはね返る良質なお肉。サシも入るところに入っていて途中で追加したご飯とハラミを合わせて食べてすぐに幸せな気分に…
黒毛和牛上タンは売り切れていて残念ではありましたが、タンの見た目を残したような薄切りカットの牛タンは初の体験で楽しめました。
名物のお客さんの名字を冠したという溶いた卵に浸けて味わう大判の野原さん焼は濃厚な味わいで絶品！
薄切りカットをしっかり焼いて脂を落としたものを巻いて塊にしたものを卵でいただきます。
ご飯をとっておいてTKGで食べれば良かったですね。
最終的には6種類の肉を平らげたわけですが、ちょうどよくお腹に納まって無理の無い満腹状態まで持っていくことができました。
他の支店も回ってみようかと思います。
