これまた個性的なコーヒー屋さんに出会えました。
「日常のコーヒーライフをお手伝いします」とのHPの内容の通り、様々なコーヒー豆がある中で最適なものをお客様に提供している様です。若いお兄さんに対応して頂き、シンプルな味わいのハウスブレンドを頼みました。
口当たりは柔らか、飲んだ後の苦みが余韻として残る感じですね。酸味が弱めの豆かもしれませんね。こういう風味は甘さの強いスイーツなどによく合うと思います。お腹一杯で食べられませんでしたが（笑）。
店内もマシンなどが置かれ、間近で見る事が出来ます。喫茶店やカフェというより、これはラボって感じですかね。
