週末の13時過ぎに2名で入店です。店内は狭くカウンタータイプの席で構成されてます。
食券を事前に購入するスタイルで、悩んだ挙げ句、
濃厚烏賊煮干中華そば（醤油）煮玉子入り1030円を選択し、奥のカウンターに着座。座って5分前後で着丼です。綺麗な盛り付けで期待が膨らみます。スープの色は烏賊と言う事だけあって、少し黒い。スープをひと飲みすると思ったより、塩味がきつくなく、クリーミーでまろやかです。これと麺がちょうどよく絡んで大変美味しい。あっという間に完食しました。
替え玉がお薦めとの事ですので次回はチャレンジしようと思います。ごちそう様でした！
