イカと煮干しを合わせたラーメンと聞いて、興味がそそられたので、行ってきました。
煮干し系のラーメンは濃すぎると苦手ですが、
こちらのラーメンは個人的には大丈夫でした。見た目ほど濃くも苦くもないです。煮干し好きの人からすると濃い方がいいかもしれませんが。
イカの風味も感じられ、ストレートの細麺と絡んで美味しかったです。
替え玉は最初の半分は油そばとしていただきました。卓上にある調味料を加え、色んな楽しみ方ができて良かったです。
