午後は文京区で商談があり遅めのランチ、14時頃に伺いました。時間も遅めなため待ちなし。
券売機、左上の『濃厚、烏賊煮干し』醤油、ポチッと食券を購入。
化学調味料不使用のラーメン、
卓上、調味料、ブレンド醤油、穀物酢、日本山椒オイル(オリーブオイル)が準備されています。
⚫︎麺 菅野製麺所、特製麺、ストレート細麺はパッパッの仕上がり、
⚫︎スープ トロミが効いた仕上がり、烏賊、煮干しがメイン食材だと思いますか、少し鼻につく独特な香り、細麺パッパッとの絡みがいい、また、タマネギが適当に混ざることで、舌がだるくなっているところをリセットしてくれます。
