烏賊と煮干しの濃厚スープの店
休日遅めのお昼1400過ぎ
このあたりは休日は人がいなそう
でも半分以上は埋まってました
店内、おー、烏賊のかおり

やっぱり烏賊煮干ですね
チャーシュー麺1180円
をオーダー、ほどなく着丼
やや緑がかった灰色のスープ
瀬戸内海の小烏賊の煮干しと
ブランド煮干しの伊吹いりこをベース
にして、鳥と豚の動物系をミックス
烏賊肝と塩麹の隠し味入りなんだそう
色々な旨味が入って新しい
チャーシューは薄切り５枚
普通のにもチャーシュー乗ってる
ので、こっちじゃなかったかも
他は、かいわれ、玉葱みじん
麺は細麺ストレート
スープが美味しい
麺に絡んでまた美味しい
味変は山椒フレーバーされたオイル
これがとても美味しい
替え玉220円
サイコロブロックのチャーシュー
こな煮干しがかかっている
油そばみたいな感じ
そのまま食べてとある
少し硬めに仕上げてある
まあまあ美味しい
スープに入れる
煮干し味が強くなってまた美味しい
連れは淡麗スープの方を食べました
蛤と浅利、どちらかというと蛤味
こちらはうってかわって
さっぱりとしていて旨味が深い
なかなか良いラーメン食べました
