久々に訪問。
烏賊や蛤など、個性的な素材で一線を画すこちらのお店。
今まで毎回濃厚烏賊煮干しそばだったので、この日はさっぱりと初めて「鶏と蛤の淡麗中華そば(塩)煮卵付き」をいただく。
さっぱり芳醇な味わい。
蛤の風味豊かでそこに鶏油のまろやかさが加わりホッとする美味しさ。胃が荒れててもイケる味。
刻み玉ねぎがいい仕事をしていて、さっぱり感をさらに演出してくれる。
卓上にあるお酢と胡椒を入れてさらに美味しくなる。
低温調理チャーシューはここのが1番好きかも。
変な生っぽさもなくてしっかり味がついてる。
スープまで飲み干したくなるような旨さだった。
胃袋に自信がない日だったので、替え玉は断念。余力があればオススメしたい逸品です。
