春日駅の近くにいつも混んでいる中華屋「ラッキー飯店」がありまして、再開発の影響で店舗を中通り商店街に引っ越してから、ちょっと寄りました。周りはあまり人が多くないのですが、場所的にわかりにくいにも関わらず店内はかなり混んでいます。4人位の店員さんがいて家族経営的なアットホームな雰囲気を出しています。
ここの名物はいくつもありますが、本日はカツ丼をオーダー。カツは親指くらいの厚さで、ポークソテーを調理したような厚いカツです。それを揚げたてで出すものだから、カツに水分が残っていてとてもジューシーです。水分が抜けたスカスカ感はありません。
カツの美味しさを活かしてなのか、カツにかかっているタレは薄味で胃もたれしません。一緒についてくる浅漬もさっぱりして美味しいし、味噌汁もちょうどいい添え物です。ごちそうさまでした。
