平日のランチに行ってきました。
1人にて。
12:20頃、7人ほど並んでます。
20分ちょっと並びました
昼休み終わってしまうので離脱しようと思ったものの、変なチャレンジ精神も出てきて並び続けました。
注文したのはうま煮そばです。
野菜たっぷり、つやつやのあんを纏って美味しそう。
旨味ある醤油スープに面は細めです。
しかし熱々。
冷めずに熱々。
これは素早く食べるつもりが正反対の選択です。気づくのが遅い！
とは言え完食の上大満足なのでした。
ならばと少し早めの12：10頃到着で、今度はチャーシュー麺を注文です。
肉って感じるものを食べて元気を出す狙いです。
いつもはカレーを食べて元気を出すのですが、タンパク質も大切と聞き今日はチャーシュー麺。
カツ丼と迷いました。
チャーシュー麺はシンプルで大胆な姿。
チャーシューはロース？厚めです5ｍｍはある感じです。
それが5枚。お肉食べたいところにピッタリです。
チャーシューは柔らかで、何やら中華っぽいスパイスの香りがします。
それも2枚目からは気にならず。
スープはあっさり。甘め。
お肉をどんどん食べているうちに元気が湧いてきました。
お店は今回も行列ですが、当たり前に日によって時間がまちまち。
早めに行くことにします。
常連さんが多くて、会計時に一言二言会話して退店して行きます。
どうやら年内は12/21までのようです。
無事に再開してくれるのを待ってます。
