町中華を彷徨っている・・・
ラ－メンとチャ－ハン。
懐かしい味を求めているのだが難しいのだ。
今回のラッキ－飯店さんは昔ながらの・・・ではない。
店前のメニュ－写真つられてしまい店内に入るや否や、
ワンタンメン・チャ－ハン・餃子（3個）を注文する。
ワンタンメンのスープはあっさりタイプと思いきや醤油感が強く感じられるタイプで
鶏ガラス－プ感が薄い。
麺は細身のちぢれ面、麺の腰は程良く食感は良い。
ワンタン自体は肉ワンタンタイプで皮の食感はとても良いのだが、
肉の量が多いので少々重い。
チャ－ハンは焼いた卵の香りが鼻腔をくすぐり食欲が増す。
炒め加減はパラパラ系としっとり系の中間ぐらいか・・・
味付けは薄目・・・もう少し旨味調味料系の味と胡椒と塩が入れば小生好みか？
これはこれで旨いとは思うが何か足りない気がするのは小生だけか・・・
餃子は肉餃子で重いタイプ・・・３個売りが有りがたい。
餃子は野菜の味より豚肉の味が勝っているのだが味付けが蛋白な気がする。
チャ－ハンスープは少々味が濃いのだが付け合わせの漬物の塩分が控えめで、
口の中をさっぱりさせてくれる。
給仕の方は色々と心遣いをしてくれ町中華ならではの居心地の良さを感じさせてくれる。
味はまずまずなのだが居心地の良さで、また行きたくなる店だと思う。
