四川料理ってことは辛い事に期待で
麻婆豆腐にしようかと思ったのですが
『酸辣湯麺』のメニューが目に飛び込んできたので思わず注文しちゃいました。酸辣好きなので（笑）
お昼時を少しずらしたのが良かったのか五分も待たずに提供されました。うーん見た目は合格な酸辣湯麺
豆腐とキクラゲと豚肉のバランスが丁度いい感じ
スープは、酸味が効いている辛いスープ
四川料理にしては、辛みが少し物足りないかも？
麺は、細麺で餡掛けスープによく絡みます。
おまけのチャーハンはシンプル塩チャーハンでデザートにグレープフルーツまでも
酸辣湯麺のランチセットは、850円です。
