本郷三丁目にあるピッツア専門店。
この一角だけ飲食店が集中している。
イタリアンも近くに2軒あるし。
12時過ぎだがそれほど混んでいなかった。
お客さんは想像通り女性ばかり(^-^)。
これは仕方がない。
サラダ+スープのセット(1,100円）にした。
いくつかピッツアを選べるが、スペシャルピッツアとしてこの日は次のピッツアがあった。
「生ハムとサラダほうれん草 トマトベースのカルツォーネ」
これはプラス200円。
折角なので、これを注文。
厨房には石窯がありシェフが忙しそうにピッツアを焼いている。
まずはサラダとスープ。
サラダはサツマイモが入っているが、特別変わったものではない。
スープは「バターナッツの南瓜スープ」。
寒いのでありがたいスープだが、残念なことに水っぽかった。
そのためかなり薄いスープに感じてしまう。
ピッツアは5分ほどで焼きあがる。
カルツォーネをいただくのは初めてかもしれない。
三日月形のターンオーバー。
面白い形だ。
周りはほうれん草で一杯。
カルツォーネの上には生ハム。
ナイフとフォークで切って戴く。
チーズが蕩けるが、もう少し多い方が良かったか。
あとプラス200円でチーズを多くできたのに・・・失敗。
トマトソースということだが、それほどトマトの味は強くない。
もうちょっとあっても良かったか。
だが、焼き具合はなかなか良い。
食べ応えもあり充分美味しい。
もう少し改良すれば絶品のピッツアになることは間違いない。
