本郷三丁目でイタリアンランチが 意外とどうして中々少ない。
食の街ではあるものの 中華や和が多いので、洋食大好きな私としては
少し遠出してでもイタリアンが食べたくなる日がくるのです。笑
本郷三丁目と湯島方面の中間地点付近は ちょこんちょこんとお店が
実はあって 私の中で穴場ゾーンｗ（しかもどこも美味しい）
そのお店の一つが こちらの【ピッツェリア・カロッツェ】さん。
小さなお店で 見落としてしまいそうになるけれど、
外看板も多数あり テイクアウトのピザ写真がずらり。
あー、ピザをテイクアウトして社内で食べるランチって素敵～と思いつつも
とりあえず足を運んだので お店で頂く事にしました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり、テーブル席はシッカリと
ビニールで仕切りがあるので安全。
因みに、入店した時に 我々以外でお客様は1組だけだったのですが、
恐らく入りたてのバイトさんなのかな…？隣を案内されて
こんなに他が空いているんだから（恐らくランチ時は詰めて案内する様に
言われているのかもしれないけれど）少し席を離してほしいな～と。。。
横の方もいやでしょ、何か早く帰らなきゃって気になるし。
と ちょっと思ってしまったら 恐らくその光景を見ていた店主？の方が
お好きな席どうぞ～！と目を合わせて下さった…笑
気を取り直して。
ピザ以外のメニューでパスタもあります。
ピザの種類は4種程度で 他に日替わり2種が黒板に。
ランチアルコールもあるのでちょい飲みもいいですね。
一人1枚のピザを頼むって 何だか新鮮で嬉しいなあ。
マルゲリータとメランザーネを。
焼きあがる迄少し時間がかかりますが、立派な石窯で
美味しく焼きあがるんだろうと…我慢ｗ
＊でも、入客少なくても20分位かかったから、混雑時はどうなるんだろう…汗＊
焼きあがったピザは、本格的なナポリピザ。
うわあ～これ一人で食べていいんだーとテンションあがっちゃう。笑
デリバリーで食べるふっくらピザも好きだけど、
ちゃんとしているのにカジュアルで独り占め出来ちゃうピザが大好き。
卓上に、ペッパーや辛いソース等があるのでアレンジ可。
マルゲリータはとろ～っとソースごと生地から食べれちゃう滑らかさ。
シンプルでいくらでも食べれちゃいますね。
モチモチしているのに凄く分厚いとか、逆に薄って生地ではないので食べ易い。
メランザーネは茄子の水分がピザのトマトソースに被る事なく、
ちゃんと味がシッカリしているのにサッパリしていて美味しかった。
一人一枚ピザランチ。
