この日もテレワークランチ日和で本郷付近へ
路地に入ったところに、可愛らしい黄色の外観のお店です。
天然酵母の生地で焼くピザのお店だそうで、この日はいくつかのメニューからビスマルクをオーダー
もう一品をパスタにしたので、味がかぶらないようにこちらにしました。
パスタは日替わりのようで、この日は「エビとチェダーチーズのトマトクリームのフィトチーネ」
プラス２００円でサラダが付くとのことでお願いしました。
あまり見かけない色が綺麗な野菜たちも入っていて、ジェノベーゼのドレッシングもとてもおいしいです
ランチだけど、ちゃんとシェア用のお皿を用意してくださいました。
まずはビスマルクから。
とろ～りたまごにベーコンが乗った、比較的シンプルなビジュアルです
個人的には、もう少し玉子がスクランブルくらいまで焼いている方が好きなのですが、やはり生地がとてもおいしいです。
フィトチーネの方も、濃厚だけど、くどくない絶妙なトマトソースです。
途中で、ピザの耳をこのソースにつけて食べました(笑)
お店の方もとても接客が親切だし、待っている間、厨房の窯を見ましたが、この店の規模の割には立派なステキなピザ窯でした。
平日昼間だからなのか、おひとり様率高く、わしわしと忙しく食べなくてもいいフンイキだったのっも良かったです。
