Neapolitan pizza made with natural yeast dough baked in a 450℃ stone oven at a reasonable price!
The pizza, baked not in a convection oven but in a dome-shaped authentic stone oven, is exquisite. The dough is made with natural yeast, so it's chewy all the way to the crust! They also have a wide s |
I had always wanted to visit this restaurant, but I figured it would probably be full of women at lunchtime, and I thought it would be a complete stranger, so I refrained from going. Luckily, it was just after 1pm, and I thought it would be quiet at that time, so I went, and there was only one customer ahead of me, which was exactly what I had hoped for. I thought about getting the standard Margherita, but I decided to get the Kamakura salami pizza (1,300 yen) and soup set (150 yen). The total was 1,450 yen. The soup was made from butternut pumpkin, so I thought it might contain butter peas, but it was actually a sweet pumpkin soup. I looked it up later and found out it's a gourd-shaped pumpkin native to South America. Just as I was finishing the soup, the pizza was ready. It was topped with plenty of salami, corn, paprika, and buffalo mozzarella. When I ate it, I found that the saltiness of the salami was quite strong, and it was a relatively light pizza compared to American pizzas with lots of cheese. The dough was thin, but the crust was chewy. I ate the whole pizza in one go. It was delicious. I posted this from a blog post. https://datte2.hatenablog.com/entry/2023/09/21/040000
