東大赤門前にあるタイ料理のお店です。
良い感じに鄙びた雰囲気。褒め言葉ですよ。なんとなくタイ現地のお店の雰囲気を思い出させます。
タイ人の店員さんが二人で切り盛り。
ランチタイム見るとガパオが単品で790円。
これにプラス100円でミニカレーをつけられるというお得なセットがあります。
ガパオとカレーのセットはいかにも日本人が好みそうというか、タイ現地ではあまり見かけないものの日本ではよく見かけるメニューです。
選べるカレーにチューシーグンがあったので、こちらをセレクトしてこのセットを注文。
ガパオは量は多くないながらも確かにガパオが入っていてしっかりと香る、ガパオ警察にも文句を言われないスパイシーな美味しさ。
チューシーグンはキャベツが入っていたりするのが面白いですが、こちらもバイマックルーが香ります。
どちらも美味しい。
スープもシンプルに美味しい。
この値段でこの味は相当お得です。
こじゃれたお店ではないものの、逆に現地感を味わえる隠れた名店かと思います。
