本郷三丁目駅から徒歩7.8分程度の場所にあります。大通りを入って、東大の懐徳門の斜め前くらいでしょうか。翔山亭が以前あった場所です。
入るときはインターホンを押して、店員の方を呼ぶ形式。始めにお肉のセットを3種類から選ぶようです。
真ん中が5000円、一番上のセットがココロイキといい8000円でした。
今回は一番上のセットを選択し、靴を脱いで個室へ案内して頂きました。ほとんど全てが個室のような形になっていましたが、布で隔てているくらいなので場合によっては隣の席の会話が聞こえます。重要な話はし辛いかも。
お肉はその日の注文だとかなり時間がかかるようで、結構な時間を待ちました。予約してから行くのがベストなようです。ただ、全体的にメニューが出てくるのは遅かったなーという印象でした。
お肉は美味しいですが、圧倒的に美味しいという感動はなく、たくさん食べるには脂が乗っているので、次に来るときは真ん中のセットで良いかなーという感じです。締めで食べた冷麺は弾力もあり、過去に食べた冷麺の中でもかなり上位にランクインします。
店員さんの接客はとても心地よい感じでした。近隣の焼肉ジャンボは肉一つ一つに対して何秒焼くのがベストでどういう食べ方がベストかまで教えて頂けましたが、それに比べると食べ方などの説明はなかったなーと感じました。（接客の丁寧さはこちらの方が上です）
次は真ん中のお肉セットにして、お肉以外のメニューをもう少し堪能したいと思います。
最後に飲むヨーグルトのお土産まで頂き、良い気分で帰れました！
