新しくできた別館は広いしきれい〜！
コースでいただきました。
まずはライムハイで乾杯！
そのあといただいたオレンジサワーはまるごと一個のオレンジが来て自分でかけていただくシステム。つぶつぶがそのまま入るので嬉しい〜！
まずは名物のサーロインの大判炙り手まりからスタート！
かなり大きなサーロインを目の前で炙って巻いてくれます。
大きすぎて、一口で食べてと言われましたがムリでした笑
脂身もたっぷりでうまうま！これが初めにくるとはびっくりでした。

黒毛和牛一頭買い盛り合わせ塩４種★
たん先、ブリスケ、ともばら、そとももの盛り上わせ。
塩ダレは自家製でいろいろ入っててとても美味しい〜！

ここでお口直し。氷も入っていて辛めの漬物もたっぷり入れました。

うちもも、バラ切り落とし、中落ちの盛り合わせ。こちらもオリジナルのタレが美味しい〜
肉質もきめ細やかで美味しい〜！
つぼ漬け黒毛和牛ホルモン３種★
分厚くて新鮮！タレがたっぷり染み込んでいました。

炊きたての艶やかなごはんとしばらく蒸らしたごはんは少し味が変わってどちらも美味しい！

肉海苔巻き★
一見ただの鉄火巻きみたいですが中に入っているのはお肉！！
レアで柔らかくて海苔巻きにしても美味しいこと！！これは必食ですね。
イチボ、らんぷなどもいただきました。
赤身がぎゅっと詰まっていて美味しかったです！
とてもコスパが良いし大満足でした！
