平日の開店7分前に到着。予想以上に並んでおらず、直ぐ食券を購入出来た。投稿を見て山椒そばと皿ワンタン(肉2個、海老2個)をチョイス。味付き替え玉も迷ったが今回は控えた。
◆山椒そば
透明度の高い鮮やかなスープは深みのある出汁とスッキリ感。淡麗って言うのだろう。ネーミングの山椒は出過ぎずそれでいて薄まらない絶妙加減。止まらない。
ストレートな細麺は盛り付け時に丁寧な折り返しを施し、「の」の字のなるとをセンターに、青菜とチャーシューとネギが添えられる。絶好の麺感はスープとの相性抜群。スルスル行ける。
◆皿ワンタン(肉2個、海老2個)
案内通りスープへ浸して食すと想像通り相性が良い。たっぷり詰まった肉ワンタンと、プリップリの海老ワンタン。肉ワンタンのもう一つは案内通り酢掛け。皿盛りなのでワンタンがトロけず食感を堪能。
とても美味しくラーメンでした。
